I have been on Oxycodin as well. I personally hated the medication. The way it made me so drowsy and sick to my stomach. I cant imagine using it to the point of addiction. It really makes me want to cry for these people. To live under such a cloud just to help heal their pain

RIP. One thing that I thought of was, in no disparage to Grace and her 57 Chevy, but several issues came to mind. How did she deal with unleaded fuel? She made reference to nothing having been done to the car, but, these cars had all kinds of issues as they aged that happened to every 50s Chevy as it aged. The old butile rubber would crack and fall away on all cars from this era. She must have had someone or a family member update the car as the years went on, sort of partially restore it? Regardless, it's a wonderful story about taking care of what you're blessed with and the humbleness to want nothing more than what you have.
